Tennille is a very easy person to talk to and has very good knowledge of the area. She stayed in touch with us, giving us positive feed back. Eight days later the property was under contract. She attended late in the afternoon with purchasers, who made an offer and after a discussion went to them with a counter offer. Within 15 minutes she had sealed the deal.
