Getting Ready For Photography

Preparing Your Home for Photography

A little preparation makes a lasting first impression.

Professional photography plays an important role in showcasing your property at its best. Beautifully presented spaces create stronger visual appeal, attract buyer attention and help your home stand out in a competitive market.

To make the most of your photography session, we've put together a simple checklist to help you prepare your home.

  • Arrange outdoor furniture neatly and remove any damaged or weathered items.
  • Ensure the pool is clean and outdoor entertaining areas are ready to photograph.

The Finishing Touches

Before your photographer arrives, take a final walk through your property. Turn on all lights, open blinds and curtains, check that surfaces are clear and ensure each room looks clean, bright and inviting.

Remember, the goal isn't to make your home look empty. It's to create a welcoming space where potential buyers can picture themselves living.

At Sold Street, we understand that presentation matters. We're here to guide you through every stage of the selling process, ensuring your property makes the strongest possible first impression.
